Training on Nutritious “Sarbottam Pitho Lito” Preparation Completed in Masta Rural Municipalit

On 28 November 2025, with financial support from Swallows of Finland, Sahara Nepal Bajhang successfully conducted a skill-based training on preparing nutritious “Sarbottam Pitho Lito” using local agricultural products. The training was organized under the Improved Food Security Sustainable Livelihoods and Empowerment of Women Project at Masta Rural Municipality–6, Rilu, targeting 1,000-day mothers and women farmers.

Participants learned to prepare nutritious food for child health using local crops such as millet, maize, barley, wheat, and local pulses. The training witnessed active participation from local elected representatives, staff, farmer group members, and officials of Sahara Nepal Bajhang.
